These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ello's website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read them carefully — by using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant ello a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit your User Content.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• violate any law or the rights of others;
• harass, threaten, or harm other users, or post content that is hateful, defamatory, or sexually explicit;

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including all associated software, designs, logos, and content (other than User Content), are owned by ello or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your use of them is at your own risk.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and delete your account through your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ello disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ello and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ello is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless a mandatory local law of your country of residence requires otherwise.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
